Mission 1, start!

Hello everyone.
With big effort, due to the fact that with age it becomes increasingly difficult to find some personal space, I nevertheless decided to start dedicating some time to the creation of a new video game. The ideas in my head were starting to become too many, and the impatience to see them on screen did the rest.
This time, I wanted to try exploring (literally) space. I've never particularly enjoyed space-themed movies or games, but in recent years, things have been changing. I found it fascinating to have a virtually infinite number of different planets to explore, each with its own creatures, dangers, and "gravity". Being able to fill these worlds with your imagination opens the door to an infinite number of possibilities. I'd say the Universe is perfect when your head is bursting with ideas, don't you think?
For now, I've only created a couple of very small worlds for testing. The ship's control and response to player input will need to be perfect, and that's where I'm focusing all my efforts right now. Once even just "flying" is fun, I'll think about adding everything else.
